How do I force my spreadsheet to print on one piece of paper?
Isn't it annoying when you print your spreadsheet and some columns spill onto continuation pages?
To force Excel to print your spreadsheet on one page do this:
1. Whilst you have the spreadsheet open click the 
(Print Preview) button
2. Now click the 
button
3. Make sure you have selected the Page Tab and type a number 1 in Fit to: page wide and tall like this...
4. Click the 
button then the 
button
Note: After saving your workbook the spreadsheet will also 'remember' to print on one page.
