2001
Pioneered India’s first telephonic & digitally enabled workplace counselling service, when counselling was still largely unfamiliar.
  • Launched India’s first digital platforms dedicated to psychological and emotional wellbeing content. 
  • Redefined confidentiality by creating a secure space for employee e-counselling.
Built a proudly women-led organisation, with ~ 93% women in the workforce.

Championed flexible and hybrid work models from inception, long before they became the norm.

Brought India’s largest structured Employee Assistance Programme to life, with Digital Equipment as a landmark client.
2002
Launched our first dedicated counselling helpline, creating immediate, confidential access to professional emotional support at scale.
2005
Crossed the first enterprise milestone, serving 10 leading organisations across technology, consulting, and construction.
Hardwired empathy, openness, and trust into the organisation’s DNA.
2008 – 2010
Strengthened the EAP offering by adding legal and financial counselling support.
Became part of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association, placing Indian EAP on the global map.
Made manager sensitisation a structured component of EAP, enabling leaders to identify distress early and respond responsibly.
Achieved a defining growth milestone — 60+ enterprise and multinational clients across industries, with over 1 million lives covered.
Expanded services to Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, extending structured workplace emotional care beyond India.
2011 – 2015
Elevated our wellbeing offering by integrating nutrition counselling into our care model.
Reimagined and strengthened the Case Management System.
Launched Shiftlag, a first-of-its-kind wellbeing solution designed specifically for shift workers.
Grew our people strength to over 50 passionate team members powering the mission.
Extended counselling support inward, embedding care as a lived practice for 1to1help employees.
Launched POSH services to help organisations build safer workplaces.
Joined WEConnect, an Accenture and EY-led initiative advancing women’s participation in the corporate workforce.
Partnered with Morneau Shepell, now TELUS Health, Canada’s largest EAP provider, to enable structured and scalable global service delivery.

Achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, reinforcing our commitment to quality excellence and data security.
2017 – 2018
Deepened digital engagement by introducing our counselling mobile app.
Introduced a new logo that signalled our evolution, scale, and sharpened commitment to workplace wellbeing.
Rolled out Healthy Maternity, India’s first ever maternal mental health programme, to support working parents through critical life-stage transitions.
Introduced the Student Assistance Programme, with IIT Roorkee as a pioneering institutional partner.
Extended Indian emotional wellbeing beyond Asia, supporting nationals across the Philippines, Canada, and Europe.
2019 - 2020
Founder Archana Bisht honoured as BW Business Woman of the Year in the Health category.
Expanded to 350 enterprise clients across manufacturing, energy, telecom, finance, pharma, and logistics, positively covering over 5 million lives.
