Introduction

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them under the T&C.

THIS PRIVACY POLICY, as amended from time to time, shall govern the collection, storage, usage, and disclosure of the User’s information obtained from the Platform.

The term ‘information’ shall include ‘Personal Information’ and ‘Sensitive Personal Information’ as defined in the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. These definitions may be modified in case of any change in law or introduction of new laws.

ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM, CONFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

Collection Of Your Information

  • The Company collects and stores (i) Your Personal Information which includes Your name, date of birth, email address, phone/mobile number, employee code, and other business information which may also include business statutory details and tax registration numbers; (ii) Usage statistics, Your IP addresses, browser software, operating system, etc., for improving the Platform; and (iii) Your payment and billing-related information. Please note that the Company DOES NOT collect Your debit/credit card details on the Platform.
  • You may review, update, correct, or confirm the information that You have provided on the Platform.
  • You are prohibited from accessing the Platform or availing the Services if, (i) You choose to not provide the information sought to be collected by Us through the Platform; or (ii) You notify Us in writing of Your intent to withdraw Your consent for the collection of Your information by the Company.
  • You may delete or deactivate Your account on the Platform. Please note that information sought to be deleted may be retained by the Company in its archival records as may be required by it or any law for the time being in force.
  • We do not use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, mobile device IDs, flash cookies, and similar files or other technologies to collect and store information.

Access to the platform

The information collected from the Platform is used by the Company for the following lawful purposes:

  • You may access or use the Platform and/or the Services only if, (i) You are above the age of 18 years; and (ii) You are legally competent to enter into a contract. Anyone who does not meet the criteria set forth herein is not authorized to access or use the Platform.
  • Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, You may access and use the Platform and/or the Services at Your own risk. We cannot guarantee continued, uninterrupted, error-free, or undisrupted availability of the Platform or the Services. We may, at Our sole discretion, and without any prior notice, temporarily suspend access to the Platform at any time to cater to the maintenance requirements of the Platform or for such other reason/s deemed reasonably fit or necessary by Us.

Where the transfer of Your information is necessary for the performance of the lawful obligations of the Company, You hereby agree to the Company transferring Your information to any person, in compliance with the prevailing laws inIndia.

  • With a view of preventing any unauthorized access or use of Your Information, the Company has adopted commercially reasonable security measures that meet the industry standard.
  • Without prejudice to anything to the contrary contained in this T&C, should You fail to accept and comply with this T&C, the policies and guidelines of the Company (as amended from time to time) or with applicable laws including any rules/regulations/guidelines framed thereunder, the Company may discontinue its Services to You and suspend or terminate Your access to the Platform, at any time without further notice.

Changes in privacy policy

  • The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, change or replace any part of the Privacy Policy by posting updates and changes to the Platform. It is Your responsibility to check the Platform periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Platform or the Services following the posting of any changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
