The Hub is your new centralized dashboard for easier navigation, better insights, and quicker access to all wellbeing resources and tool
Every counselling session, helpline call, and interaction with a wellbeing resource carries insight into what people are experiencing at work and in their lives.
For years, much of this insight has lived within 1to1help’s systems. Counsellors capture detailed information across sessions, while client teams study patterns that later surface in periodic reports and reviews with organisations.
The Hub builds on our existing reporting dashboard, extending real-time reporting with deeper insight layers and presenting cumulative, anonymised data that organisations can access at any time.
Mahua Bisht, CEO of 1to1help, shared while introducing the platform,
“This dashboard reflects our commitment to show demonstrable impact and move towards better, more granular outcome reporting so that sponsors can proactively address issues before they arise.”
Following are the key additions that define the new sponsor dashboard experience in The Hub:
A high-level overview of programme reach and engagement across the organisation. Sponsors can quickly view headcount coverage, registrations, counselling utilisation, and engagement trends within a selected time.
The Hub introduces a structured approach to measuring EAP outcomes. Impact is assessed across three key dimensions:
a. Goal Attainment
Employees and counsellors define goals at the start of the counselling journey. Progress toward these goals is tracked across sessions, allowing organisations to see how individuals move from their starting point toward meaningful change.
b. Symptom Reduction
Through elective pre- and post-assessments, the platform measures improvements in emotional health markers such as anxiety and depression, offering a clear view of how individuals improve through support.
c. Perceived Effectiveness of Counselling
The Hub also captures whether individuals found counselling helpful, including the percentage of employees who report positive outcomes along with anonymised verbatim feedback that reflects their experience.
Together, these indicators provide organisations with a more complete picture of whether emotional wellbeing support is leading to measurable improvement.
The Hub provides detailed visibility into how employees and family members are accessing support.
Organisations can explore registration trends, new versus returning users, demographic patterns, and how individuals are engaging with counselling services across different time periods.
Each counselling session captures structured keywords that surface the specific themes emerging across conversations.
These keywords move reporting beyond broad concern categories, helping organisations understand the topics and pressures that are repeatedly appearing across their workforce.
The Hub captures structured insights into the thoughts, emotions, and behavioural patterns individuals experience during difficult periods.
This framework helps organisations understand how challenges manifest across the workforce and how they influence relationships with colleagues, managers, partners, and family members, offering a deeper view of the context surrounding employee concerns.
The Hub provides a holistic view of how employees engage with wellbeing support across their entire journey.
It captures online activity, helpline interactions, offline engagement, and resource usage to give organisations a complete picture of how employees access support across channels.
The Hub introduces structured reporting for helpline utilisation, including call volumes, peak usage periods, and the concerns that bring individuals to seek immediate support.
Helpline insights are often reported separately, as it operates on a different platform. The Hub brings these insights into the same reporting environment, giving organisations a more complete view of support utilisation.
The platform also integrates reporting for specialised services such as maternity support programmes, wellness consultations, legal and financial guidance, and Emotional Risk Surveys conducted within organisations.
Together, these layers give organisations visibility on:
The Hub marks an important milestone in how organisations can understand and strengthen emotional wellbeing across their workforce.
At the same time, it is only the beginning.
Future enhancements will continue to expand the platform with additional analytics and insight layers, including AI-enabled capabilities that can help identify emerging patterns and guide interventions more effectively.
As organisations continue to recognise the importance of emotional wellbeing at work, tools like The Hub will help translate insight into action and enable more responsive, compassionate workplaces.
